The North Koreans, desperate for attention on the world stage with everyone watching Iran now, test fired 6 missles yesterday including the long range Taepodong 2 missile. The T2 which had been of great concern to US officials because of its ability to theoretically reach the West Coast of the US, apparently failed approximately one minute after launch. This unsuccessful test suggests that in the Korean missile program this taepodong is impotent.
