Ken Lay kicks bucket prior to sentencing.
In a inventive new way to avoid a functional life sentence Ken Lay, died of a massive coronary today. Lay, 64, was set to face a 25 to 30 year prison sentence, along with millions in fines and penalties. Now in what will certainly be one of the more interesting probate proceedings in recent memory, Lay's family will have to sort out the remaining financial damages. Lay, who had been nicknamed Kenny Boy by the President, departs the earth as a fine example of the morality imparted from a strict Southern Baptist upbringing.
